Full Potential People
Book design and visual identity for Full Potential People — a new framework for understanding human potential, by Norwegian serial entrepreneurs and business advisors Joakim Egseth Solberg and Ole Paulsen.
Full Potential People is built around a compelling idea: that we are each born with a distinct combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive energy — and that understanding those innate traits is the key to unlocking who we're truly capable of becoming. The theory challenges conventional thinking about performance and self-development, arguing that real potential isn't about fixing weaknesses, but about recognising and leaning into who you already are.
My role was to translate that concept into a visual identity that could carry the weight of the idea — from the book cover and chapter design, to the website, merchandise, and launch event materials. The design needed to feel both intelligent and accessible: grounded enough for a business audience, but distinctive enough to stand out in a crowded self-development space.

The launch event
The authors marked the book's release with a live launch event — part talk, part community gathering. Attendees got a firsthand introduction to the Full Potential theory, took part in an open Q&A, and could discover their own profile through an interactive quiz. The event also featured branded merchandise and the chance to buy the book before its wider release. It was a full-circle moment for the project: a visual identity designed on screen, finally alive in a room full of people.
